Professor Dr. Mahmoud Mohamed Farag, Dean of the Faculty of Art Education, inaugurated the "Unbreakable Neighing" exhibition by artist Dr. Amira Yousry Qaid, Assistant Professor of Printing in the Department of Artistic Crafts and Folk Heritage at the Faculty. This came in the presence of Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Professor Dr. Mohamed Kamel, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research Professor Dr. Layali Abada, and a distinguished group of faculty staff.
The exhibition embodies an artistic and humanistic vision rooted in the symbolism of the horse as an icon of strength, freedom, and pride. Horses are unyielding; even when burdened by running, the wild sparkle remains in their eyes, and their neighing a pulse that knows no defeat. The artworks emerge as vibrant visual spaces, pulsating with movement and emotion, reflecting humanity's struggle against challenges and its enduring ability to rise and regain its balance, no matter how fierce the storms. In "Unbreakable Neighing" the horse is not merely a decorative element, but a complete emotional state, bearing the meaning of resilience, determination, and the continuous search for light amidst darkness.
