The procedure for extracting the certificate

Students apply for getting disclaimer from Students Affairs office 

Student shall apply a proof of the payment of the fees prescribed for each certificate

The certificate is written on computer after the completion of its data and reviews of the specialists and their dependents from

 Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Dean of the faculty

The certificate shall be delivered to the graduate or his / her representative and certified by the State
