The talent development department organized specialized training courses titled "Digital Transformation and Information Systems in Light of an Advanced Smart University."

This came under the auspices of President of the University Dr. Essam Farhat, and under the supervision of Secretary-General of the University Dr. Bassem Mahmoud, as part of Minia University's efforts to enhance the skills of employees and develop their capabilities in the field of computers.

Dr. Essam Farhat emphasized that the university continues its efforts to develop and update the skills of its employees in line with digital transformations, to advance administrative and academic work within the university, in line with the state's vision for digital transformation, and to contribute to improving employee performance and enhancing their competencies to keep pace with technological developments in various fields.
